Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch repairs — cracked displays, tired batteries, charging and power faults. Every watch is inspected first and quoted before any work.
What we look at
- Screen and display damage — cracked glass, lifted or separating displays, dead touch, lines and blank screens.
- Batteries — watches that don't last the day, shut down early or have a swollen cell pushing the screen out.
- Charging and power faults — watches that won't take a charge, charge intermittently or won't switch on.
- Buttons and digital crown — sticking, unresponsive or grinding crowns and side buttons — diagnosed first, as repairability varies by model.
- General fault assessment — if you're not sure what's wrong, we'll test it and tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing.
Why we inspect before quoting
Smartwatches are densely built and parts supply varies enormously between models and generations. Some Apple Watch and Galaxy Watch displays are readily available, others aren't produced at all. Because of that we don't quote blind and we don't promise same-day repairs on watches — we inspect, check parts, then give you a price and a realistic timescale. Diagnostics are free and if we can't fix it there's no fee.
Water resistance and liquid damage
Once a watch has been opened, the manufacturer's water-resistance rating no longer applies and we can't restore or guarantee it. Please treat a repaired watch as not water resistant. If your watch has already been in water, bring it in for assessment — corrosion can keep spreading after drying, so liquid-damaged watches are quoted case by case and liquid damage is excluded from our standard warranty. Straps and accessories
Damaged straps are separate accessories rather than part of the technical repair service, so strap replacement isn't something we carry out as a repair.

How long does a smartwatch repair take?
We don't promise same-day on watches. Once we've inspected it and confirmed the part, we'll give you a realistic timescale — usually a few days if a part needs ordering.
Will my watch still be waterproof after repair?

My watch got wet — can you fix it?
Bring it in for assessment. We can clean and treat corrosion, but outcomes vary and liquid damage is excluded from our standard 12-month warranty.
Do you repair Galaxy Watch as well as Apple Watch?
Yes — Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch are both covered, subject to model and part availability.
What if the watch can't be repaired?
Diagnostics are free and we operate no fix, no fee. If it isn't economic to repair, we'll say so straight away.
