Warranty & Parts Quality
Every standard repair comes with a 12-month warranty covering both parts and labour. If a part we fitted develops a fault or an issue arises from the repair, bring it back and we'll sort it at no extra cost.
Water damage repairs are excluded from the warranty due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage—but we'll always be transparent about that before we start.
We use a mix of genuine, reclaimed, and high-quality third-party parts depending on what's best for the repair. Every part is tested to match original performance, so you're getting a reliable fix regardless of the source.
