Clearpay is available for eligible repairs and purchases. Our repair prices marked “From” are estimates, not final quotes or instalment amounts. Ask us to confirm your device's final price and whether Clearpay is available before going ahead.

Clearpay lets you split a payment into instalments. It's a service provided by Clearpay, not by ITSolutions, eligibility, approval, spending limits and the terms of your plan are all decided by Clearpay, and are subject to their checks and terms and conditions. Not everyone will be approved. Late fees may apply if you miss a payment. Please read Clearpay's terms before you use it, and only use it if the repayments are comfortable for you.
When you pay
Diagnostics are free. We inspect the device, tell you what's wrong and quote you before any paid work starts, nothing happens without your approval. If we can't fix it, there's no repair fee. Payment is normally taken on collection, or through the online link for remote jobs.

Do you take card payments?
Yes, debit and credit cards, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay are all accepted in the shop.
Can I pay in instalments?
Clearpay is available for splitting payments. Approval, limits and terms are set by Clearpay and subject to their checks, so it isn't guaranteed for everyone.
Can I pay online?
Yes. We can send you a secure online payment link, which is useful for mail-in repairs and pickup and drop-off jobs.
Do I pay before or after the repair?
Payment is normally taken on collection. Diagnostics are free and we always quote before starting any paid work.
What if the repair isn't possible?
We work on no fix, no fee, if we can't repair the device, you don't pay a repair charge.
