Back glass is not the same as a screen repair
A screen repair replaces the display on the front of the phone. Back glass repair deals with the rear panel — the glass bonded to the phone's housing. They're separate jobs with separate costs, and on most modern iPhones the rear glass is bonded far more firmly than the front, so it's a slower, more delicate job.
