Timescales depend on the fault and part availability — older or less common models may need parts ordered in. Standard repairs carry our 12-month warranty.

Will an SSD upgrade make my old laptop faster?
Usually, yes — it's the single biggest improvement on an older machine with a mechanical hard drive. We can clone your existing setup across.
Can you repair a laptop screen or does it need replacing?
Cracked panels are replaced rather than repaired. Flickering or dim screens are sometimes a cable or backlight issue, which is cheaper — the free diagnosis tells us which.
Do you repair gaming laptops?
Yes, including MSI, Razer, Alienware and the ROG/Legion/Predator ranges. Overheating and power faults are the most common jobs we see.
How long will my repair take?
Common jobs are often quick when parts are in stock. Model-specific parts and board-level work take longer, and we'll give you a realistic estimate when we quote.
