A note on Face ID
Face ID is tied to the original hardware and can't be transferred between parts. If Face ID has already stopped working, or stops after damage, it needs its own diagnosis — we won't promise it as part of a routine screen or camera repair. We'll test it, tell you honestly what we find, and quote separately if it's repairable.

Diagnostics are free, we confirm the price before starting, and if we can't fix it there's no fee. Many common repairs are finished the same day when the part is in stock — bigger jobs and less common models depend on ordering parts in. Frequently Asked Questions
How long does an iPhone repair take?
Common repairs such as screens and batteries are often same-day when the part is in stock. Less common models, back glass and board-level work take longer — we'll give you a realistic time at booking.
Will an iPhone repair break Face ID?
A standard screen replacement shouldn't affect Face ID, but Face ID hardware is paired to the device and can't be swapped in. If it's already faulty it needs separate diagnosis, so we never promise it as part of another repair.
Do you use genuine Apple parts?
We use a mix of genuine, reclaimed and high-quality third-party parts depending on the model and repair. We'll tell you exactly what's being fitted before you agree.
Is my iPhone repair guaranteed?
Standard repairs carry a 12-month warranty. Liquid damage repairs are excluded because corrosion can continue after cleaning.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs don't touch your data, but we always recommend a backup first. If the phone won't start, ask about our data recovery service.
